How does the Instant Speech Builder work?
You just choose the speech you want to create, then answer the questions as they come up on your screen. As soon as you've given your responses, the Instant Speech Builder generates a complete speech for you to edit online, print out, email and archive. To try the Instant Speech Builder, click here.
How do I get a password?
You need to become a member to get a password. If you'd like to become a member, click

Why doesn't my password work?
Please check the confirmation email we sent you when you joined. It will give you the USERNAME and PASSWORD you should be using. Enter those, and you should be granted access. Your username is the one you'll find in your confirmation email - not the username you use to access your email, or AOL, or any other service. If that doesn't seem to fix the problem, fill in the form in the next panel, telling us the mailing address and email address you used when you signed up.
How do I cancel or renew my membership?
To cancel or renew your membership, log in to the members' section, then click Manage Your Account. You can log in to the members' section here.
